Important announcement: As of December 15th, 2026 paid subscriptions will be required for all users.
Why is this necessary? Sustainable funding to support global biodata resources is challenging, in particular in today's difficult international funding environment. Biodata resources are continually at existential risk due to funding challenges. In order to sustain the iReceptor Gateway and the iReceptor AIRR Data Commons repositories as resources for the community, it is necessary for us to start charging users for access. As of Dec 15, 2026 we will no longer be able to provide free access for academic users. Two levels of subscription will be available, a discounted Academic subscription and a full Industry subscription. The subscriptions will be similar in structure to those on the current iReceptor subscriptions with the free academic subscription changing to become a discounted, paid academic subscription. A new registration page will be available on Dec 15.
A science gateway that enables the discovery, analysis, and download of AIRR-seq data (antibody/B-cell and T-cell receptor repertoires) from the 5 remote repositories in the AIRR Data Commons (ADC). Search for disease data (e.g. cancer, autoimmunity, infections) and healthy controls.
