TCRMatch can be used to predict epitope specificity on any repertoire that contains TCR beta chains and the iReceptor team has created a CDR3 Motif Search, using single character AA regular expressions.

We are currently experiencing technical issues with the file system from our service provider. All repositories are currently disabled until this issue has been fixed.
We expect to be fully back on line Apr 30, PM Pacific time.

March 22, 2019 - 200M annotated sequences added
Data from three new studies of tumour-infiltrating lymphocytes in oesophageal squamous cell carcinoma, glioblastoma, and primary liver carcinoma have been added. More information on these studies is available on the iReceptor website.

Data from Zvyagin et. al. "Tracking T-cell immune reconstitution after TCRαβ/CD19-depleted hematopoietic cells transplantation in children" added to the iReceptor Public Archive. Over 1 Billion annotated sequences now available!Nov 28, 2018
2018-11-27: Data download limit removed
The data download limit of 500,000 sequence annotations has now been removed. Users are able to download large data sets, with the current limit now a 24 hour time limit! Note that large downloads may take a long time, with download speeds ranging from 3M to 90M sequence annotations/hour.

2018-07-12: iReceptor version 2.0 is now available
Both the iReceptor Public Archive (IPA) (Simon Fraser University/Compute Canada) and VDJServer (University of Texas Southwestern Medical School) repositories are available.

2018-06-01: iReceptor version 2.0 is now available.
Only a single study is accessible at this time, but we expect the iReceptor Public Archive (Victoria) and VDJServer (Texas) repositories to support the v2.0 Gateway at the end of June.
