Service outage, 2024-03-21 - 2024--03-23: During this period, the iReceptor Gateway was unable to send email. The following services were affected:

  • New user accounts could not be created.
  • The ability to set a new password using "Forgot Password" was not working.
  • Downloads that completed during this time will be marked as "Failed" and users will have to redo the download.
All services are back in production apologies for any inconvenience.

Service outage: 2024-03-21 - The iReceptor Gateway is currently unable to send email. The following services are currently not working:

  • User account creation.
  • Password resets.
  • Download completion notifications. Although downloads are working, the failure to send a notification email is marking them as Failed, so downloads will not be retreivable.
We are currently working on a fix, apologies for any inconvenience.

VDJServer will be down for maintenance Jul 15 and is disabled on the Gateway, we expect it back around Jul 19.

One of the IPA repositories was temporarily down from July 15, 3:00 AM to 10:00 AM Pacific time. All data from the IPA is now back online.

Our authentication provider is down for maintenance from Tuesday, May 18th from 8 AM to 5PM CST. Authentication to the iReceptor Gateway will be unavailable for all or part of this time.

ADC repositories will not be affected by this outage, but searching through the iReceptor Gateway will not be possible.

During this time 452 Million sequence annotations from Zvyagin et al "Tracking T-cell immune reconstitution after TCRαβ/CD19-depleted hematopoietic cells transplantation in children" were unavailable. All services are now back on line.

iReceptor's infrastructure provider, Compute Canada, has a scheduled network outage on Tuesday August 25 between 7:00-7:30 PDT/10:00-10:30 EDT. The outage is expected to be less than 2 minutes, but could be up to 20 minutes. All iReceptor services may be impacted by this outage.

The AIRR Community recently made a public call for the sharing of AIRR-seq data. In their call they state "... the AIRR-C hereby calls upon its members, and the wider research community, to share experiences, resources, samples, and data as openly and freely as possible, and to work within their respective systems to break down barriers to achieve this goal, subject to the overarching directives of respect, privacy, and protection for patients and all people. An error in an internal optimization mechanism on the iReceptor repository has been discovered that resulted in incorrect V/D/J gene searches on two studies from 2019-06-21 to 2019-07-03.
