2025-10-06: 325M new TCR sequences now available in the AIRR Data Commons through the iReceptor Gateway. The iReceptor and iReceptor Genomic Services teams are pleased to announce a large, new T1D study of over 325M TCR sequence from a cohort of 805 subjects from Karakas et al. "T-Cell Receptor Sequences Targeting Beta-Cell Proteins Are Present in Blood across the Stages of Type 1 Diabetes Development".

A science gateway that enables the discovery, analysis, and download of AIRR-seq data (antibody/B-cell and T-cell receptor repertoires) from the 10 remote repositories in the AIRR Data Commons (ADC). Search for disease data (e.g. cancer, autoimmunity, infections) and healthy controls.
5.6 billion annotated sequences (bulk/single-cell) from 11267 repertoires, 96 studies, 10 repositories
