2024-07-17: Seventh T1D study has been added to the AIRR Data Commons, searchable through the iReceptor Gateway. 198K annotated T-cell receptors from Sally Kent et al. "Islet-derived, in vitro polyclonally expanded T cell Sequencing" from nPOD samples by the Kent Lab at the UMass Chan Diabetes Center of Excellence.
A science gateway that enables the discovery, analysis, and download of AIRR-seq data (antibody/B-cell and T-cell receptor repertoires) from the 9 remote repositories in the AIRR Data Commons (ADC). Search for disease data (e.g. cancer, autoimmunity, infections) and healthy controls.
